#10 VILLA AQUA – Dog policy Dogs are welcome only by arrangement with the property manager. At the time that you make your booking please send us information about the age, breed and personality of your dog. Large, hair-shedding dogs are unlikely to be accepted. If your booking is accepted, you will need to agree that your dog is not allowed on the furniture and you must ensure that when you depart, the villa is sufficiently clean as to give no indication that a dog has stayed. Excess cleaning charges may apply if the villa is not left in an appropriate state. For hygiene reasons dogs are only allowed in the downstairs section where there is tiled flooring and only allowed in this area when they are with you. If you leave the dog at home by itself, it must be left on the deck outside. As this is a small complex with owners living on site, you need to ensure that your dog does not howl or bark. You may be asked to leave in the event of a noise complaint. Dogs must be on a leash when in the common areas (carpark) and dogs are not allowed in the pool area. Doggy Day Care in Noosaville is recommended for hounds who do not like to be left home alone. Only the dog belonging to the guest who made the booking is allowed on the property.
