I moved to Noosa over 20 years ago and quickly came to understand what makes this community so special. It’s not just the lifestyle — it’s the people, the pride in our homes, and the trust placed in those who help manage them.
In 2014, I founded Beachside Property Rentals with a clear purpose.
I had seen too many property owners feeling disconnected from the person managing their investment. Too many properties treated as part of a portfolio instead of what they truly are — someone’s hard-earned asset.
I believed there was room for something more personal.
More consistent.
More accountable.
Beachside was built on the idea that communication should be clear, advice should be honest, and every property should be managed as if it were our own.
We are intentionally boutique. That allows us to stay hands-on, responsive, and genuinely connected to both our landlords and tenants. Strong relationships create better outcomes for everyone — and long-term protection for your investment.
